The Foundation International Research School of Planetary Sciences and Leonardo, are pleased to announce the first edition of the International Summer School in Earth Observation, to be held at the Fucino Space Centre, Italy, from 6 to 10 July 2026. 

The Summer School is aimed at students, early-career researchers, young professionals and scientists interested in Earth Observation, satellite data, remote sensing applications and space-based monitoring of the Earth system.

Through lectures, hands-on sessions and dedicated training activities, participants will explore the use of Earth Observation technologies and data for scientific, environmental and applied purposes
